With a clear mission, we pledge to use your support to provide Franklin County residents with the necessary assistance to address basic human needs during or resulting from natural, economic or man-made disaster and empowering those served to establish sustainable solutions for reoccurring needs, leading to an improved quality of life.
Our Goals are…. to develop, maintain, manage and distribute a fund to expeditiously address basic human services for Franklin County residents and to support sustainable solutions; to collaborate with a wide range of partners to identify and establish programs that empower Franklin County residents to participate in, take ownership of, and benefit from sustainable alternatives for personal income; to support the preservation and enrichment of local culture through regional awareness and promotion; to build community; and to encourage and support education, technical training and preventative healthcare.
